Heck Ya!  Inside your private training portal your find a plethora of videos, tutorials, and pre-recorded webinars you can watch at your convenience to become familiar with everything ContractorOS has to offer.  BUT KEEP IN MIND... we keep everything simple.  You don't need a college degree to use or understand how to use our system. That's what separates us from the pack.  You don't want to spend months learning how to use something... you want to use it NOW!

Once your payment is confirmed ... you will receive your secure login and password and have immediate access to your new back office within 24 hours (usually much sooner).  Once in the back office, we ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire so we can gather all the necessary information we need about you and your company so we can get your software and website setup promptly. Please be sure to fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible so there are no delays on your end. Once we have this information, your software will be completely setup within 48 hours and your website completed within 7-10 days.   

Currently we allow unlimited user accounts.  However we are considering changing this in the future.  But if you sign up now you'll never have to worry about additional fees for multiple users.  You will be grandfathered in for unlimited users for life.

Yes, Yes, and Yes!  We actually developed a super simple website editor specific just for ContractorOS customers that's point, click, edit simple. You'll feel like a webmaster once you dive in and get comfortable with it.  Complete training is also provided on how to access and use the website editor in your private members area.

We're cutting edge here at ContractorOS.  it's super cool and efficient when you can sit at your customers kitchen table and have them sign your proposals or contracts right on your ipad.  Saves time, allows you to more efficiently run your business, and it instills an ultra-professional image for your company.

You can process credit cards with swipe services like square ... but credit card security is a huge task in and of itself.  So, the simple answer is you can process credit cards via 3rd party services, then just enter payment manually into your contractor software or Quickbooks app. They play very well together but we do  not have credit card processing built into our app specifically.
